What we collect
When you contact us through the form on this website, we collect the details you enter: your first and last name, email address, phone number if you choose to give it, and your message. If you email us directly, we receive your email address and whatever your message contains.
Why we use it
We use your details only to read and reply to your inquiry, and to keep a record of our correspondence with you. We do not use them for marketing, and we do not sell or share them with anyone for their own purposes.
Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). If your inquiry concerns a possible agreement with us, we may also rely on taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
Who else handles it
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which also receives and stores messages sent through the contact form on our behalf. Netlify is based in the United States, so your data may be transferred outside the European Union. Such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Messages may also pass through our email service provider.
How long we keep it
We keep your message and contact details for as long as needed to handle your inquiry, and delete them within 12 months after the matter has been closed, unless we need to keep them longer to meet a legal obligation.
Your rights
